Inspired by the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we have utilized organic polymers and cutting-edge processes to enhance the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This is a significant leap from the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This innovation not only elevates the smoothness of the pipeline surface but also significantly reduces the adsorption capacity of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby minimizing energy consumption in water transportation. Furthermore, the synergy between the enhanced anti-scaling and antibacterial effects ensures the pipeline remains effectively bacterial-free, preventing issues such as non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluids due to scaling. (Water contact angle: The angle formed by a water droplet on a material's surface; 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic property.)
