Inspired by the natural wonder of the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ advanced organic polymers and innovative techniques to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (surpassing the standard control of ≥105°). This far exceeds the conventional polyethylene benchmark of 88°-92°, creating a remarkably smooth pipeline surface. This innovation notably minimizes the adhesion of calcium, magnesium ions, and other water-borne substances to the pipeline, significantly reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, the synergy of anti-scaling and antibacterial effects ensures a truly effective antibacterial pipeline, preventing issues of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to scaling. (Note: The water contact angle, when between 90° and 180°, denotes a hydrophobic effect.)
