Drawing on the revolutionary principle akin to the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' effect, we utilize organic polymers and pioneering special processes. This elevates the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (with standard control set at ≥105°), significantly surpassing the typical range of 88°-92° found in ordinary polyethylene. This advancement enhances the pipeline's surface smoothness, greatly reducing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby minimizing energy consumption in water flow. Moreover, the synergy of the anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensures an authentic antibacterial effect, effectively mitigating any issues related to the non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to pipeline scaling. (Water contact angle is defined as the angle formed by a water droplet on a material's surface, with a range of 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicating hydrophobic properties.)
