Drawing inspiration from the fascinating 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our innovative approach incorporates organic polymers through specialized processes. This enhances the water contact angle on the pipeline's surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), substantially surpassing ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This achievement not only improves the pipeline's surface smoothness but also significantly reduces the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby cutting the pipeline's energy consumption. Furthermore, the potent anti-scaling effect synergizes with the antibacterial properties of the pipeline, delivering a genuine antibacterial performance. This ensures the antibacterial layer remains effective and prevents issues related to non-contact failure due to scaling. (Water contact Angle: The angle formed by water droplets on a material's surface, with 90° < water contact Angle < 180° indicating hydrophobicity.)
