Drawing on the principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobic', our pipes utilize cutting-edge organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle of the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This is a significant improvement over conventional polyethylene, which registers at 88°-92°. This heightened angle enhances surface smoothness, significantly reducing the adhesion of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. This not only minimizes energy consumption but also implements an effective antibacterial action, maintaining a true antibacterial surface by preventing scale build-up that disrupts the antibacterial layer. The water contact angle, a crucial factor in hydrophobicity, ensures optimal performance with angles between 90° and 180°.
