By harnessing the innovative 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we've employed organic polymers and unique techniques to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (standardly controlled to be ≥105°), significantly surpassing the ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This remarkable enhancement of surface smoothness minimizes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances in water, ultimately reducing the pipeline's energy consumption. Our pipe's outstanding anti-scaling feature synergizes with its antibacterial capabilities to deliver a genuinely effective antibacterial performance, eliminating common scaling issues that obstruct fluid contact with the antibacterial layer. (Note: Water contact angle, defined as the angle at which water droplets meet the surface of a material, indicates a hydrophobic effect when it lies between 90° and 180°.)

 

Hydrophobic patency

Engineered with a smoother inner wall compared to traditional plastic pipes, our pipes offer reduced flow resistance and enhanced water transmission capabilities. Anti-bacterial Performance

Infused with an ionic antibacterial agent within the interior wall, our pipes exhibit outstanding antibacterial performance. As tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center in accordance with JC/T939-2004 standards, our components achieve an antibacterial rate exceeding 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms adhering to the pipe walls, preventing the formation of microbial films and offering a lasting antibacterial effect.
