Our reinforced spiral welded steel pipes come with diverse anti-corrosion structures tailored to meet various customer requirements. These structures include fused epoxy powder coating, hot dip zinc, and stainless steel. The spiral welded steel pipe connection method primarily employs flange connections. These products are typically designed with a flange socket, ensuring a secure bond when bolts are added to firmly connect both ends.

Strong Adhesion
With anti-corrosion materials adhering to national standards, the pipe's coating remains intact during use, preventing any peeling or detachment.
Constructed from cold rolled steel strip or stainless steel strip, the products undergo multiple roll formations, spiral nibble molding, and automated welding processes within the spiral molding unit. Post-molding, the inner wall remains smooth, while the outer wall features a reinforced, four-layer nibbling structure that enhances weld strength. The 45° angle welded nibbling structure ensures superior impact resistance and pressure strength.
Known as occlusal steel pipe due to its occlusal structure, this product features an outer wall with a reinforcing bar type, also referred to as reinforcing bar spiral welded corrugated steel pipe.
