Anti-scaling property
Inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ organic polymers and specialized processes to achieve a water contact angle of 111° on the pipe surface-significantly surpassing the typical 88°-92° range of standard polyethylene. This enhancement ensures a smoother pipeline surface, minimizes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, and reduces energy consumption. The synergistic anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensure the pipeline maintains antibacterial effectiveness, preventing issues related to scaling and antibacterial layer-fluid contact failure. (Note: Water contact angle ranges between 90° and 180° exhibit hydrophobic properties.)Hydrophobic patency
Featuring a smoother inner wall than conventional plastic pipes, our design reduces flow resistance and enhances water transmission capacity, outperforming traditional polyethylene pipes. Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes integrate ionic antibacterial agents within the inner wall. Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center per JC/T939-2004 standards, the antibacterial rate exceeds 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, eliminating microorganisms and preventing microbial film formation for lasting antibacterial protection.
Terrain adaptability
