Drawing inspiration from the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we incorporate organic polymers and employ specialized processes to enhance the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This innovative approach elevates the smoothness of the pipeline surface, dramatically diminishes the adsorption of calcium and magnesium ions along with other substances from the water, and minimizes energy consumption during water flow. Furthermore, the anti-scaling and antibacterial properties work synergistically to ensure the pipeline's true antibacterial efficacy, effectively preventing issues related to non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluid, which is often a result of pipeline scaling.
