Innovatively inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our pipes utilize organic polymers and specialized processes to enhance the water contact angle on the pipe surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, significantly boosting the pipeline's surface smoothness and minimizing the adhesion of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. This reduction in adsorption enhances energy efficiency and minimizes the pipeline's energy consumption. Additionally, the combined anti-scaling and antibacterial effects ensure a true antibacterial functionality by preventing contact failure from scaling.
