Drawing on the principle of "lotus leaf hydrophobic," this innovative process employs organic polymers and specialized techniques to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline's surface to a remarkable 111° (standard control set at ≥105°). This far surpasses the typical 88°-92° range of ordinary polyethylene, enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness while significantly reducing the adsorption capacity for calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances present in the water. Consequently, this advancement diminishes the pipeline's energy consumption, optimizes its overall efficiency, and bolsters its genuine antibacterial properties.
