Drawing inspiration from the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' effect, we utilize cutting-edge organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (with a standard control of ≥105°), significantly surpassing the typical 88°-92° of ordinary polyethylene. This advancement enhances pipeline surface smoothness, thereby diminishing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, which in turn lowers pipeline water energy consumption. The remarkable anti-scaling and antibacterial properties synergistically ensure the pipeline's genuine antibacterial performance, effectively preventing issues related to non-contact failure between antibacterial layers and fluid due to scaling. (Note: Water contact angle refers to the angle at which water droplets contact the material's surface. A water contact angle between 90° and 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)

Boasting an antibacterial rate exceeding 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, this component effectively eliminates attached microorganisms, preventing microbial film formation on surfaces, and offers a lasting antibacterial effect.
