Inspired by the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we utilize organic polymers and a unique process to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far exceeds the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, significantly enhancing the smoothness of the pipeline surface. Consequently, the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances is substantially minimized, leading to reduced energy consumption in water transportation. Our pipeline's anti-scaling and antibacterial properties harmoniously collaborate to ensure a truly effective antibacterial performance, circumventing any issues of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid caused by scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle formed by a water droplet on a material's surface; 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic properties.)
