After 5 years of dedicated research and development by Donghong's elite team of 12 researchers, the groundbreaking TOP-modify material modification technology was born. This technology ensures the pipe maintains its excellent tensile properties while achieving a surface resistance of less than105Ω. The antistatic and flame retardant performance surpasses industry standards, offering unparalleled safety and reliability for mining pipelines.
1. Electrofusion Welding: This advanced technique employs specialized equipment to heat the ends of the pipes and fittings. By melting the material, it creates an exceptionally strong bond that seamlessly fuses the components together.
2. Butt Fusion Welding: In this method, similar to electrofusion welding, the ends of the pipes are heated and then pressed together, producing a seamless and robust joint that ensures high durability and integrity.
3. Flange Connections: Flange connections involve attaching flanges to the pipe ends. These flanges are then securely bolted together with gaskets in between, creating a reliable and tight seal ideal for complex pipeline systems.
4. Mechanical Couplings: This method uses compression fittings or clamps to join pipe sections quickly and efficiently. Mechanical couplings offer a rapid and straightforward solution for connecting pipes, ensuring a dependable and secure fit.
