These materials not only meet the rigorous MT181 and MT558.1 standards but also deliver enhanced mechanical properties for optimal performance in coal mining applications.
Enhanced Steel Wire: We employ copper-plated steel wire that meets GB/T14450 standards, boasting a remarkable strength of 2050 MPa, significantly surpassing the standard requirement of 1850 MPa.

Plating serves a dual purpose: providing corrosion protection and enhancing the shear strength between steel wire and bonding resin. Data testing reveals that the average shear strength of tin bronze is 20.69MPa, while brass is 11.42MPa. Given the significant differences in shear strength with various plating materials, we have chosen tin bronze-plated steel wire as our pressure-bearing substrate to ensure superior performance.
