Drawing on the principle of "lotus leaf hydrophobic", we utilize advanced organic polymers and special processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly higher than the typical 88°-92° of ordinary polyethylene. This enhancement boosts surface smoothness, diminishes the adsorption capacity of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby reducing pipeline energy consumption. Furthermore, the impeccable anti-scaling and antibacterial properties work synergistically to maintain true antibacterial effectiveness, preventing issues related to non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. Compared to conventional plastic pipes, our inner walls are remarkably smoother, reducing flow resistance and elevating water transmission capacity. Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes incorporate an ionic antibacterial agent on the inner wall. Tested according to JC/T939-2004 standards by Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is > 99.99%. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms clinging to the tube walls, inhibits the formation of microbial biofilms, and provides a permanent antibacterial effect.
