Inspired by the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we incorporate organic polymers through specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to a remarkable 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the typical 88°-92° seen in ordinary polyethylene, enhancing the smoothness of the pipeline interface. This innovation significantly reduces the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, ultimately minimizing energy consumption for water transport. Moreover, the pipeline's superior anti-scaling and antibacterial properties work in harmony to ensure true antibacterial efficacy, addressing the common issue of non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water contact Angle: the contact Angle of water droplets on the surface of the material, 90° < water contact Angle < 180° has a hydrophobic effect.)

Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center in accordance with JC/T939-2004 standards for 'Antibacterial performance of antibacterial plastic pipe for Construction,' our pipe achieved an antibacterial rate exceeding 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, surpassing standard testing requirements. This capability effectively eliminates microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents microbial film formation, and guarantees a lasting antibacterial effect.
