As a vital composite material, the binder resin's performance significantly determines the product's quality. Plating provides essential corrosion protection and enhances the shear strength between the steel wire and bonding resin. Data testing and comparison reveal significant differences in shear strength based on plating materials: tin bronze averages at 20.69 MPa, while brass averages at 11.42 MPa. Given these findings, we have selected tin bronze-plated steel wire as the pressure-bearing substrate due to its superior performance.
