Anti-scaling property
Drawing on the revolutionary principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobicity,' we utilize cutting-edge organic polymers and advanced processing techniques to elevate the water contact angle on the pipe's surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This significantly surpasses the usual polyethylene range of 88°-92°, enhancing the smoothness of the pipeline surface. This improvement diminishes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby reducing energy consumption. Moreover, our system blends anti-scaling and antibacterial properties to ensure a truly effective antibacterial pipeline, eliminating issues of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to scaling. (Water contact Angle: the angle of water droplets on a material's surface, with 90° < water contact Angle < 180° indicating hydrophobicity.)

Anti-bacterial Performance
Incorporating ionic antibacterial agents into the pipe's inner wall, and tested in accordance with JC/T939-2004 'Antibacterial Performance of Antibacterial Plastic Pipes for Construction' by Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, our pipes achieve an antibacterial rate exceeding 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This eliminates microorganisms attached to the tube wall, prevents microbial film formation, and ensures a permanent antibacterial effect.
