Inspired by the natural brilliance of 'lotus leaf hydrophobicity', our cutting-edge process utilizes organic polymers and specialized techniques to achieve an impressive water contact angle of 111° on the pipeline surface (standard control ≥105°). This surpasses the typical 88°-92° range of ordinary polyethylene, enhancing the surface smoothness and minimizing calcium and magnesium ion adsorption. This innovation significantly reduces pipeline energy consumption while the synergy of anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensures a true antibacterial effect, circumventing common issues of non-contact failure between antibacterial layers and fluid caused by pipeline scaling. (Water contact angle: The angle of water droplets on a material's surface, with 90° < angle < 180° indicative of hydrophobicity.)
