Emulating the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our advanced organic polymer technology and special processing techniques have elevated the water contact angle of our pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the typical 88°-92° of ordinary polyethylene, dramatically enhancing surface smoothness. Consequently, the pipeline's adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances is significantly minimized, leading to reduced energy consumption. Furthermore, the enhanced anti-scaling capability works in unison with the pipeline's antibacterial properties, ensuring true antibacterial performance and resolving issues related to the non-contact failure of antibacterial layers due to scaling. (Water contact angle: The angle formed by a water droplet on a material surface, with 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicating hydrophobic properties.)
