The pipe is then heated, allowing for the fusion bonded epoxy powder to coat the inner surface, while the outer surface is treated with polyethylene powder. The flexible cap and insert coated plastic steel pipe, crafted from premium steel, features one end beveled and the other end flared before being coated with durable plastic. This design is fused with a T-shaped rubber ring, identical in structure to the spherical ink pipe, achieving a seamless connection between the cap and insert.
