By ingeniously drawing inspiration from the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' phenomenon, we employ cutting-edge organic polymers and exclusive processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline's surface to an impressive 111° (far surpassing the standard control of ≥105°). This is a remarkable feat compared to ordinary polyethylene, which only achieves 88°-92°. This enhancement significantly boosts the pipeline's surface smoothness, minimizing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. Consequently, the energy consumption of water flowing through the pipeline is reduced. Moreover, the synergistic effect of anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensures a truly germ-resistant pipeline, effectively preventing the problematic non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water Contact Angle: Defined as the angle where water droplets contact the surface of a material, with a hydrophobic effect occurring at angles between 90° and 180°.)
