Our Inner Epoxy Resin Outer Polyethylene Coating Composite Steel Pipes start with a pre-treated steel base. The inner surface is heated and coated with fusion-bonded epoxy powder, while the outer surface is enveloped in polyethylene powder. This dual-layered approach creates a superior corrosion-resistant steel-plastic composite, engineered for exceptional performance and longevity.
The flexible cap and insert coated plastic steel pipe is meticulously constructed using premium-quality steel. One end of the pipe is bevelled while the other end is flared, followed by a robust plastic coating. Featuring a T-shaped rubber ring mirroring the structure of a spherical ink pipe, it forms a direct connection with the cap and insert.
