Our Inner Epoxy Resin Outer Polyethylene Coating Composite Steel Pipes start with a pre-treated steel base. The inner surface is heated and coated with fusion-bonded epoxy powder, while the outer surface is enveloped in polyethylene powder. This dual-layered approach creates a superior corrosion-resistant steel-plastic composite, engineered for exceptional performance and longevity.
The flexible cap and insert coated plastic steel pipe is meticulously constructed using premium-quality steel. One end of the pipe is bevelled while the other end is flared, followed by a robust plastic coating. Featuring a T-shaped rubber ring mirroring the structure of a spherical ink pipe, it forms a direct connection with the cap and insert. This innovative design preserves the strengths of coated steel pipes while seamlessly integrating the quick and reliable connection benefits of ductile iron pipe flexible sockets.
