Utilizing the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we enhance the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to 111° (standard ≥105°) through organic polymers and specialized processes. This surpasses ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°, resulting in a smoother pipeline surface, reduced calcium and magnesium ion adsorption, and lower energy consumption. This anti-scaling feature, combined with the pipeline's antibacterial properties, ensures a truly antibacterial pipeline, preventing non-contact failure issues due to scaling. (Water Contact Angle: 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)Hydrophobic patency

Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes integrate an ionic antibacterial agent within the inner wall. Evaluated under JC/T939-2004 standards by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, the antibacterial rate exceeds 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This ensures effective elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents microbial film formation, and guarantees a permanent antibacterial effect.
