Merging the durability of steel with the flexibility of plastic, it finds extensive applications in underground water supply and drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction, and air pressure management.
Polyethylene Raw Materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resin used in coal mining applications features special modified materials (such as carbon nanotube CNT modified materials and permanent coloring special materials) developed by the company with independent intellectual property rights. These enhancements ensure the pipes comply with MT181 and MT558.1 standards while significantly improving the mechanical properties of the materials.
Enhanced Steel Wire: Utilizing copper-plated steel wire that meets GB/T14450 standards, boasting a strength of 2050MPA, far surpassing the standard requirement of 1850MPA.
Adhesive Resin: Our patented adhesive resin, developed with the company's independent intellectual property rights, offers exceptional adhesion to steel wire and remarkable process adaptability.

Plating serves a dual purpose: corrosion protection and enhanced shear strength between steel wire and bonding resin. Testing and comparison show that tin bronze offers a superior average shear strength of 20.69MPa, compared to brass at 11.42MPa. This significant variance in shear strength led us to select tin bronze-plated steel wire as our pressure-bearing substrate.
