Taking inspiration from the natural wonder of 'lotus leaf hydrophobic,' we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized techniques to achieve a remarkable water contact angle of 111° on our pipeline surfaces (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing the typical 88°-92° of standard polyethylene. This enhancement optimizes surface smoothness, minimizing the attraction of calcium, magnesium ions, and other minerals, thereby lowering energy consumption. It also ensures exceptional anti-scaling and antibacterial effects, effectively preventing non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to scaling. (Water contact Angle: the contact angle of water droplets on the surface of the material, 90° < water contact Angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic properties.)
