Drawing inspiration from the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we utilize cutting-edge organic polymers and specialized processes to dramatically raise the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, vastly enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness. Consequently, the adsorption capacity of calcium and magnesium ions, along with other substances in the water, is significantly reduced, leading to lower energy consumption.
