Anti-scaling Property
Drawing inspiration from the remarkable "lotus leaf hydrophobic" principle, we employ organic polymers and cutting-edge processes to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline's surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This advancement enhances the pipeline's surface smoothness, minimizes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby reducing energy consumption in water transport. Furthermore, the synergistic effects of anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensure a truly effective antibacterial performance, preventing issues of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to pipeline scaling. (Water contact angle refers to the angle of water droplets on a material's surface, where 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)
Hydrophobic Patency
Unlike conventional plastic pipes, our product boasts a smoother inner wall, leading to reduced flow resistance and enhanced water transmission capabilities. The superior smoothness of the inner wall outperforms that of traditional polyethylene pipes, addressing the challenge of increased energy consumption in long-term pipe network operations. Anti-bacterial Performance
We have integrated an ionic antibacterial agent into the pipe's inner wall, tested in accordance with the JC/T939-2004 standard "Antibacterial Performance of Antibacterial Plastic Pipe for Construction" by the esteemed Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center. The results are remarkable, showcasing an antibacterial rate of > 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (standard testing bacteria). This ensures the elimination of microorganisms adhering to the tube wall, prevents microbial biofilm formation, and provides a long-lasting antibacterial effect.
