Polyurethane-foam tubing is most often used to insulate central heating and domestic-water pipelines. This material is resistant in the temperature range -50°C to 135°C, and has a low heat-transfer coefficient. Such a thermal insulator is rigid, and perfectly protects pipes from damage. Tubing made of polyurethane foam is distinguished by its high level of resistance to chemicals. It comes in a soft, hard, and super-hard versions.We have different production processes. 1.One-step method.
Rigid polyurethane spray polyethylene wrapped prefabricated direct-buried insulation pipe adopts advanced polyurethane spray polyethylene winding online forming technology, which improves the uniformity of foam density and consistency of insulation layer thickness, saves materials, reduces labor costs, and is suitable for Transport hot water with a temperature not higher than 140°C.
2.The two-step method.
Using a no bracket foaming patform.Compared with the traditional two-step method of insulation pipe,to avoid the emergence of the "bracket thermal brige" prolem,the axis eccentricity is small,to ensure the long-term temperature resistance of the insulation pipe.Product Parameters
