Our Inner Epoxy Resin Outer Polyethylene Coating Composite Steel Pipes start with a meticulously pre-treated steel pipe base. These pipes are heated, then the inner surface is coated with fusion bonded epoxy powder, while the outer surface is covered with polyethylene powder. The result is a superior, corrosion-resistant steel-plastic composite product that delivers exceptional performance and reliability.
Our flexible cap and insert coated plastic steel pipe showcases an innovation in design. Built upon a foundation of premium-quality steel pipe, one end is carefully bevelled while the other is flared and then meticulously coated with plastic. This sophisticated assembly, featuring a T-shaped rubber ring akin to the spherical ink pipe, ensures a seamless connection with cap and insert. Retaining the inherent advantages of coated steel pipe, it simultaneously adopts the swift and reliable connection traits of ductile iron pipe's flexible socket and socket. Thus, this design harmoniously merges and amplifies the strengths of both systems.
