Utilizing high-performance adhesive resin, the steel wire skeleton is seamlessly bonded with inner and outer layers of HDPE, merging the best qualities of both steel and plastic pipes. This versatile pipe excels in applications such as underground water supply and drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction, and air pressure regulation.

Polyethylene Raw Materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resin used in the coal mining sector is enhanced with flame-retardant and antistatic specially modified materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) modified materials and permanently colored special materials, all developed with our company's independent intellectual property rights. Beyond meeting MT181 and MT558.1 standards, these materials boast improved mechanical properties.
Enhanced Steel Wire: Crafted from copper-plated steel wire that meets GB/T14450 standards, this wire boasts a strength of 2050MPA, significantly surpassing the standard requirement of 1850MPA.
