Utilizing high-performance adhesive resin, the steel wire skeleton is seamlessly bonded with inner and outer layers of HDPE, merging the best qualities of both steel and plastic pipes. This versatile pipe excels in applications such as underground water supply and drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction, and air pressure regulation.
Polyethylene Raw Materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resin used in the coal mining sector is enhanced with flame-retardant and antistatic specially modified materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) modified materials and permanently colored special materials, all developed with our company's independent intellectual property rights. Beyond meeting MT181 and MT558.1 standards, these materials boast improved mechanical properties.
Enhanced Steel Wire: Crafted from copper-plated steel wire that meets GB/T14450 standards, this wire boasts a strength of 2050MPA, significantly surpassing the standard requirement of 1850MPA.
Adhesive Resin: This patented adhesive resin, developed with our company's independent intellectual property rights, ensures robust adhesion to the steel wire and exceptional process adaptability.

Binder resin is pivotal to our product, ensuring the smooth transfer of pipe pressure process stress. As a crucial composite material, the performance of the binder resin largely dictates the quality level of our product. At Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., we utilize a specialized raw material design and development platform that enhances the resin and ensures meticulous alignment with our processes and equipment.
Plating provides excellent corrosion protection while enhancing the shear strength between steel wire and bonding resin. Our extensive data testing revealed that the average shear strength is 20.69 MPa for tin bronze and 11.42 MPa for brass, showing significant variance in shear strength with different plating and bonding resins. Consequently, we have selected tin bronze plated steel wire as the substrate for its superior pressure-bearing capabilities.
