Drawing on the revolutionary principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobicity,' our Anti-Bacterial HDPE Pipes employ organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to a remarkable 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, significantly enhancing the surface smoothness. This innovation minimizes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby reducing the pipeline's energy consumption. The combined anti-scaling and antibacterial effects ensure a genuine antibacterial performance, preventing scaling-related non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and the fluid. (Note: A water contact angle between 90° and 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)
