Inspired by the innovative 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our pipes utilize organic polymers and special processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control is ≥105°). This is significantly higher than ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°, which enhances surface smoothness, minimizes adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, and cuts down on energy consumption for water flow. Furthermore, the synergy between the anti-scaling and antibacterial properties effectively ensures true antibacterial functionality, preventing non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to pipeline scaling. (Water Contact Angle: A water droplet's angle on a material's surface. A 90° < angle < 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)

Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center under the JC/T939-2004 standard for antibacterial performance of construction plastic pipes, the antibacterial rate exceeds 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This high level of protection eliminates microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents microbial film formation, and ensures permanent antibacterial effects.
