Inspired by the lotus leaf's natural hydrophobicity, our pipeline utilizes state-of-the-art organic polymers and specialized techniques to create a surface water contact angle of 111° (standard control ≥105°). This exceptional hydrophobic feature far surpasses typical polyethylene's 88°-92°, enhancing the pipe's surface smoothness. This innovation minimizes the pipeline's adsorption capacity for calcium, magnesium ions, and other waterborne substances, effectively reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the pipe's anti-scaling and antibacterial properties synergize to deliver genuine antibacterial efficacy, preventing the separation issue between the antibacterial layer and fluid caused by scaling. (Water contact angle: contact angle of water droplets on material surface, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)

Hydrophobic Patency

Our pipes offer a smoother inner wall than conventional plastic pipes, significantly reducing flow resistance and enhancing water transmission capacity. Anti-bacterial Performance

An ionic antibacterial agent is embedded in the pipe's inner wall. Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center according to JC/T939-2004 standards, the component achieves an outstanding antibacterial rate of >99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms from the tube wall, prevents the proliferation of surface microbial films, and provides a permanent antibacterial effect.
