Drawing on the innovative 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we utilize state-of-the-art organic polymers and exclusive processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline's surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This level significantly surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, vastly enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness. As a result, the pipeline's ability to repel calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances in water is heightened, markedly reducing the overall energy consumption. Moreover, this technology synergizes with the pipeline's advanced antibacterial features, ensuring an authentic antibacterial effect.
