Drawing on the principle of "lotus leaf hydrophobic," we employ innovative organic polymers and specialized processes to enhance the water contact angle on the pipeline's surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing standard polyethylene's 88°-92°. This enhancement not only improves the pipeline's surface smoothness but also minimizes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, reducing overall energy consumption. Furthermore, the synergy between anti-scaling and antibacterial effects ensures a true antibacterial performance, preventing issues like non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to pipeline scaling. (Note: Water contact angle refers to the angle at which water droplets meet the material's surface; a water contact angle between 90° and 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)
