Inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our state-of-the-art organic polymers and proprietary processes significantly increase the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (industry standard control ≥105°), far exceeding the typical 88°-92° of standard polyethylene. This enhancement ensures a smoother pipeline surface, drastically reducing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. As a result, energy consumption for water transportation is minimized. Furthermore, the combined anti-scaling and antibacterial properties guarantee true antibacterial performance, effectively preventing issues arising from non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling.
