Anti-scaling property
Drawing on the principle of "lotus leaf hydrophobic", organic polymers and special processes are used to elevate the water contact angle on the surface of the pipeline to a remarkable 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, significantly enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness. This reduces the adsorption capacity of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances in the water, thereby minimizing the pipeline's energy consumption. Additionally, the pipeline's anti-scaling and antibacterial properties work synergistically to ensure true antibacterial performance, preventing non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the contact angle of water droplets on the surface of the material, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)Hydrophobic Patency
Compared to conventional plastic pipes, our Static-Free HDPE Pipe boasts a smoother inner wall, significantly reducing flow resistance and increasing water transmission capacity. Anti-bacterial Performance
An ionic antibacterial agent is incorporated into the inner wall of the pipe. According to the JC/T939-2004 standard "Antibacterial Performance of Antibacterial Plastic Pipe for Construction", tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exceeds 99.99% (standard requirements for testing bacteria). This feature eliminates microorganisms attached to the tube wall, prevents the formation of microbial films, and ensures a permanent antibacterial effect.
