Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Polyethylene Composite Pipe (SRTP/SRCP for short) is a revolutionary mining product. It boasts a robust mesh skeleton crafted from high-strength steel wires, helically twisted and molded for superior performance. Encased in modified flame-retardant and antistatic high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this composite pipe is bonded with high-performance adhesive resin. This innovative design harmonizes the strengths of both steel and plastic pipes, making it an optimal choice for a multitude of applications including underground water supply and drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction, and air pressure management.
Polyethylene Raw Materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resin used in coal mining fields is crafted from flame-retardant and antistatic special modified materials. These materials, which include carbon nanotube (CNT) modifications and permanent coloring special materials, are developed with independent intellectual property rights. Meeting the MT181 and MT558.1 standards, these pipes offer enhanced mechanical properties.
Enhanced Steel Wire: We utilize copper-plated steel wire that meets GB/T14450 standards. With a strength of 2050MPA, it significantly surpasses the standard requirement of 1850MPA, ensuring robust performance.
Adhesive Resin: Our patented product, developed with our independent intellectual property rights, features exceptional steel wire adhesion and remarkable process adaptability, setting a new industry standard.

Plating serves the dual purpose of providing robust corrosion protection and significantly enhancing the shear strength between the steel wire and bonding resin. Our rigorous data testing and comparative analysis indicate that tin bronze achieves an impressive average shear strength of 20.69MPa, whereas brass averages 11.42MPa. This demonstrates the notable differences in shear strength with various plating and bonding resins. Consequently, we have selected tin bronze-plated steel wire as our pressure-bearing substrate due to its superior performance and reliability.
