Our Polyethylene Pipe for Coal Mines is a top-tier, single-layer solid wall pipe, meticulously crafted with our proprietary carbon nanotube (CNT) modified material. This advanced material incorporates high-conductive fiber carbon nanotubes (CNT) in lieu of the conventional carbon black conductive agent. Remarkably, we use only 30% of the carbon black conductive agent, resulting in unmatched anti-static and flame-retardant properties that exceed MT181 standard requirements. Our performance benchmarks significantly surpass those of traditional carbon black conductive agent pipelines. Notably, the long-term hydraulic performance of our pipeline far outshines that of conventional products, ensuring superior safety and longevity for your pipeline system.

Drawing inspiration from the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipe surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This significantly surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, enhancing surface smoothness. The reduced adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances ensures lower energy consumption during water transport. Simultaneously, the pipeline's anti-scaling and antibacterial properties synergize to deliver true antimicrobial effectiveness, eliminating the issues of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid typically caused by scaling. (Note: Water contact angle is the angle formed by a water droplet on a material surface, with a hydrophobic effect occurring when 90° < water contact angle < 180°.)

The results? An outstanding antibacterial rate of > 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, exceeding standard requirements. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents microbial film formation, and offers permanent antibacterial protection.
