Polyethylene pipe for coal mine is a cutting-edge single-layer solid wall pipe crafted from our self-developed, revolutionary carbon nanotubes (CNT) modified material. Notably, the long-term hydrostatic performance of our pipeline is remarkably superior to traditional products, ensuring enhanced safety and longevity for the entire pipeline system, making it an ideal choice for robust and secure long-term mining operations.
Anti-scaling property
Drawing on the principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobic', our advanced organic polymers and specialized processes elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This enhancement boosts the surface smoothness of the pipeline, substantially reduces the adsorption of calcium and magnesium ions, and decreases overall energy consumption. By optimizing both anti-scaling and antibacterial properties, our pipeline effectively maintains its antibacterial integrity, ensuring no loss of performance due to scaling. (Note: Water contact angles between 90° and 180° exhibit hydrophobic properties.)

Enhanced with an ionic antibacterial agent, the inner wall of our pipes showcases a remarkable antibacterial rate of >99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, as per JC/T939-2004 standards tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center. This feature effectively eliminates microorganisms, prevents microbial film formation, and guarantees permanent antibacterial protection.
