Ingeniously inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our pipes utilize organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle to an impressive 111°, surpassing the standard control of ≥105° and leaving conventional polyethylene's 88°-92° far behind. This enhancement significantly smoothens the pipeline's surface, dramatically reducing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby lowering energy consumption. Additionally, the combined anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensure a truly effective antibacterial performance, preventing non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluids due to scaling. (Note: A water contact angle between 90° and 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)
