Anti-scaling property
Drawing inspiration from the marvel of the "lotus leaf hydrophobic" effect, we employ organic polymers and specialized techniques to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing the ordinary polyethylene measurement of 88°-92°. This enhancement greatly smoothens the pipeline surface, diminishes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other waterborne substances, and effectively lowers pipeline water energy consumption. Our anti-scaling and antibacterial features work harmoniously to deliver genuine antibacterial protection, preventing non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluid, often caused by scaling. (Water Contact Angle: The angle at which a water droplet interfaces with a material's surface, where 90° < angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic properties.)

Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, in accordance with JC/T939-2004's "Antibacterial performance of antibacterial plastic pipe for Construction," our pipe surpasses expectations with an impressive > 99.99% antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, preventing microbial film formation and providing a lasting antibacterial effect.
