1. Working Steel Pipe: Perfectly manufactured from seamless steel pipe, spiral welded pipe, and straight seam welded pipe. Before insulation, each pipe undergoes a stringent mechanical rust removal process, adhering to a quality standard of no less than GB/T8923.1 Sa level 2.5.
2. Slepipe: Expertly designed with specially modified flame-retardant and anti-static polyethylene resin, processed through a single screw extrusion machine. This process bestows our pipes with superior impact resistance, excellent isolation capabilities, and formidable corrosion resistance.
3. Polyurethane Insulation Layer: Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, we inject modified flame-retardant polyurethane foam at high pressure to fill the space between the casing and the working steel pipe. This results in unparalleled insulation, characterized by minimal thermal conductivity, high compression strength, low water absorption, and an exceptional closure rate.
