Inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we utilize organic polymers and advanced processes to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This enhancement boosts surface smoothness, minimizes calcium and magnesium ion adsorption, reduces pipeline energy consumption, and maintains effective antibacterial action by preventing scale-induced antibacterial layer failure. (Water contact angle: the angle of water droplets on material surfaces, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic properties.)
