Anti-scaling Property
Inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we utilize organic polymers and advanced processes to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This enhancement boosts surface smoothness, minimizes calcium and magnesium ion adsorption, reduces pipeline energy consumption, and maintains effective antibacterial action by preventing scale-induced antibacterial layer failure. (Water contact angle: the angle of water droplets on material surfaces, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic properties.)Hydrophobic Patency
Our pipes feature an exceptionally smooth inner wall, which reduces flow resistance and enhances water conveyance capacity. This superior smoothness, compared to traditional polyethylene pipes, addresses increased energy consumption issues in long-term pipe network operations, making it an optimal choice for the drinking water industry.
Anti-bacterial Performance
Enhanced with ionic antibacterial agents, our pipe's inner wall meets the JC/T939-2004 'Antibacterial performance of antibacterial plastic pipe for Construction' standards, validated by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center. The antibacterial rate exceeds 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, eliminating wall-attached microorganisms and preventing microbial film growth, ensuring a lasting antibacterial effect.
