Anti-scaling Property
Inspired by the natural elegance of the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' effect, our pipes integrate cutting-edge organic polymers and specialized processes, elevating the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to a remarkable 111° (standard control ≥105°). This surpasses the typical 88°-92° of ordinary polyethylene, significantly enhancing surface smoothness while minimizing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and various water substances. This innovation not only lowers pipeline energy consumption but also harmonizes the anti-scaling and antibacterial properties, ensuring genuine antibacterial effectiveness by preventing issues such as non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle of water droplets on a material surface, 90° < water contact angle < 180° signifies hydrophobic properties.)

Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes incorporate an ionic antibacterial agent within their inner walls. Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center under the JC/T939-2004 standard for 'Antibacterial performance of antibacterial plastic pipes for Construction,' the component achieves an impressive antibacterial rate of > 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (standard bacteria requirements). This ensures the eradication of microorganisms on the tube wall, preventing the formation of microbial biofilms and providing a permanent antibacterial effect.
