This far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, significantly enhancing surface smoothness and minimizing the adsorption capacity of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. Consequently, it reduces energy consumption and ensures optimal pipeline performance. Moreover, our innovative anti-scaling and antibacterial properties work in tandem to prevent scaling, thereby maintaining effective antibacterial action and eliminating non-contact failure issues between the antibacterial layer and fluid. (Water contact angle: The contact angle of water droplets on the material surface, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic effect.)Hydrophobic Patency

Tested according to JC/T939-2004 standards for antibacterial performance by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, the pipe demonstrates an antibacterial rate of > 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This outstanding performance eliminates microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents the formation of microbial films, and ensures a permanent antibacterial effect.
