Anti-scaling property

Drawing on the principle of "lotus leaf hydrophobic," our robust HDPE pipe utilizes organic polymers and special processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline's surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, significantly enhancing surface smoothness and minimizing the adsorption capacity of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. Consequently, it reduces energy consumption and ensures optimal pipeline performance. Moreover, our innovative anti-scaling and antibacterial properties work in tandem to prevent scaling, thereby maintaining effective antibacterial action and eliminating non-contact failure issues between the antibacterial layer and fluid. (Water contact angle: The contact angle of water droplets on the material surface, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic effect.)
