Drawing on the innovative principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' technology, our unique use of organic polymers and specialized processes elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly exceeding the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This enhancement boosts the smoothness of the pipeline surface, considerably reducing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. Consequently, the pipe's energy consumption is minimized. Additionally, our advanced anti-scaling and antibacterial effects work synergistically to prevent the non-contact failure of the antibacterial layer caused by scaling. (Note: Water contact angle measures hydrophobicity, with a range from 90° to 180° indicating effective water repellency.)

Compared to traditional plastic pipes, our pipes feature a notably smoother inner wall, reducing flow resistance and enhancing water transmission capacity.
