Drawing on the awe-inspiring principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobic', our innovative use of organic polymers and specialized processes elevates the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to a remarkable 111° (with standard control at ≥105°). This significantly surpasses the ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°, thereby enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness. It minimizes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances from water onto the pipeline, effectively reducing energy consumption. Moreover, the anti-scaling and antibacterial features of our pipeline work synergistically to deliver outstanding antibacterial performance, preventing non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluids caused by scaling. (Water contact angle: A measure of hydrophobicity, where 90° < water contact angle < 180° signifies hydrophobic properties.)
